OpenWrt and Linksys WRT160NL

My primary router died (and will be dissected later), so I bought a new one. It was a Linksys WRT160NL, and it took me 10 minutes to unwrap it and install OpenWrt.

Broadcom wireless

After reinstalling my PC, I boldly announced that it was working fine. I was wrong, the wireless connection starting having issues, and I ended up (temporarily) using the proprietary driver from Broadcom. Read the rest of this entry »
